Solutions

A dark stream of pain, loss, and heartbreak often drifts alongside the excruciating beauty of the celebration of Jesus' birth. At a time when the "highway for our God" should be ever more luminous, it becomes choked with congestion. Not only from the residue of brokenness but also with the clutter of our own directional signs and engineered solutions. God has already provided the ultimate solution. His son Jesus provided the way for our lives to join with His. He freed us not only from our own sin but also from the sins of those who sin against us. And He positioned His spirit and angels to watch over us. Nothing compares to God's extravagance. This is the perfect season to allow God's gifts to manifest themselves while we keep the highway wide open for His return.
