Light

In the times we live in, it is not always easy to step from one year into the next. We are often weighed down with questions about the future, and reflecting on the past may be an invitation to revisit a year of painful experiences. For those of us following Jesus and waiting expectantly for His return, it is an opportunity to reflect on God's Word. When we do this, we are reminded that, in Christ, the only thing we have to worry about is carrying around too much light. "For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
